Judy Berk is a children’s book author and former kindergarten and early elementary teacher with more than 35 years of experience nurturing young minds through storytelling, reading, and imagination.
Throughout her teaching career, Judy read countless stories aloud to her students—watching firsthand how books can comfort, inspire, and spark curiosity. This lifelong connection to children’s literature naturally led her to write stories of her own—stories filled with warmth, gentle humor, and meaningful life lessons.
Her debut book, Goldifox and the Three Hares, is a heartfelt reimagining of a classic fairy tale, created to be enjoyed during cozy bedtime routines, classroom story hours, and shared family moments.
