Little Sprout
The endearing and imaginative young cousin of the three hares. Affectionate, routine-oriented, and deeply caring, she has a heart full of love for her cuddly companions and insists on giving each of her stuffed animals a unique, personalized goodnight rhyme to ensure they feel cherished and tucked in before she can finally drift off to sleep.
Droolius Cheester
The devoted, cheese-loving dog of the cottage, Droolius is a loyal companion to the three hares. Though usually calm, snoring, and drooling over cheddar, he is fiercely protective when danger approaches. By chasing off Goldifox and saving the treats, he earns the titles of hero and town mascot, and a permanent spot on the "Welcome to Carrot Top" sign.
Hoppington
The eldest or most organized of the hare trio, Hoppington takes charge of household cleanliness, like making beds and tidying up. He enjoys thumping his tail to classical music and exhibits a flair for drama when faced with unexpected news. A proud baker, he shows off his culinary skills by making carrot cake topped with parsley sprinkles for the town competition.
Hopkins
Reliable and responsible, Hopkins handles morning duties like preparing breakfast and washing dishes. He keeps his ears tuned to local news by reading The Carrot Top Teeny Times aloud to his friends, and he expresses his love for music by twitching his ears to the beat. He is a talented baker who makes delicious carrot cookies with clover sprouts.
Goldifox
Snarly, ornery, and mischievous, Goldifox is a golden fox known for causing trouble around town. Drawn by the irresistible scent of cooling baked goods, he sneaks into the hares' garden to sample their treats. After narrowly escaping Droolius with a missing tail, he flees town, becoming a distant legend seen only in faraway places.
Little Hopster
The youngest and most playful hare, Little Hopster is responsible for outdoor chores like sweeping the porch and feeding the dog. He is an avid reader who dreams of seeing the movie adaptation of The Velveteen Rabbit. Endearingly indecisive yet thoughtful, he practices whistling through his front teeth and wins third place in the festival with his savory carrot dandelion muffins.
